Q: How much does it cost to clean my windows?
A: Costs can vary. It’s very rare that 2 properties will be the same. We always like to arrange a FREE no obligation quotation. Whilst we are quoting we may ask if you would like a quote for any other services. We will always give you window cleaning prices for a one off clean, 4 weekly clean and 8 weekly clean.
Q: How much does it cost to clean my gutters?
A: Gutter cleaning can also vary in price. Height, length, ease of access and how full they are will determine the price. We can offer maintenance cleans with a follow up reminder as well as cleaning over grown compact gutters needing much more time and effort. What ever service you require we will give you a free no obligation quote.
Q: If I set up a direct debit for regular cleans, will I be under contract?
A: No. Our regular window cleaning pricing is based on trust. We do not charge a premium for most first cleans (unless a property is really bad). We base our regular cleans on a minimum of 4 cleans. So if you want a one off clean, for example if you are moving home or selling a property, please let us know when quoting. Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are. This is quite often one of the first questions we are asked on the phone before we visit a potential customer. We have liability insurance covering you up to £2,000,000. Not only are we insured for trips and falls, for example over trailing hoses, but we are also insured to work on your property. Our insurance certificate is available on request.
Q: What if it is raining?
We pride ourselves on reliability, even if its raining we will always arrive to clean your windows. We run to a strict schedule meaning our customers always know we will be arriving. If rain is torrential, we may arrive a day early or a day late. We will always inform you of what we need to do. Sun to snow we will always arrive. With our 24 hour work guarantee you can be reassured we will return and rectify any windows or doors you are not happy with, and if you are not happy, we aren’t. We are friendly and approachable. Q: What is included with my window clean?
A: For starters we do not charge a premium for first cleans. Our service is based on trust. Regular cleaning we consider a minimum of 4 cleans. One off cleans are charged at 2x an 8 weekly clean for regular properties, large estates may be priced a little different. Our team will arrive on your property and access if possible without disturbing you. We wash all of the frames, sills and doors on each and every clean we carry out. Q: How Can I Pay?
A: Here at Pole Position Window Cleaning we like to run things smoothly, so as well as always cleaning exactly to the day (either 4 or 8 weekly), we don’t want to hassle our customers about payments. Our system is fully automated, linking to our software “Go Cardless” which collects payments automatically after we have cleaned. You will receive a notification and invoice, 3 to 5 days later payment will reach us. Information on “Go Cardless” can be found online at www.gocardless.co.uk.
For one off window cleans, or any other one off service we take bank transfers or card payments.
For regular cleans it takes a few simple steps:
1, Fill in our contact form and we will call you back to arrange a visit.
2. We will send a mandate form for you to fill in as well as your first clean date.
3. After cleaning you receive your notification, if you are unhappy with your clean you have control to stop the payment.
